Add Bug in Task Board for a process template based on SCRUM.
Below steps need to be done.
1. Add required fields to Bug WITD. For TFS 2012, Activity field is sufficient.
2. Add Bug To Task category and remove Bug from Requirement category.
3. Add workflow states of Bug WI in commonprocessconfig.
